Aquagrill, located at 210 Spring Street at Sixth Avenue in SoHo (Manhattan), is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Jeremy and Jennifer Marshall. Chef Jeremy is a CIA graduate whose experience includes stints at Le Cirque and Le Cygne. Jennifer is one of New York's first female sommeliers with experience as the assistant cellar master managing the 700,000-bottle cellar at Windows on the World and has managed several Manhattan Restaurants. Aquagrill was one of Green Olive Media’s very first clients – back in 1998 or was it 1999 – we completed some design work.
