Elizabeth Moore, one of Green Olive Media’s partners’ family is from a small town in between Apalachicola and Port St. Joe, Florida – a few years ago, from 2005 – 2008, a dynamic team of chefs – Chef David Carrier and his wife / pastry chef Ryan Carrier took over the culinary operations at the historic inn located in downtown Apalachicola. The Carrier’s were big city chefs from Chicago by way of Trio (David was Grant Achatz’s Sous Chef) and the French Laundry (Chef Thomas Keller’s brilliant restaurant in Yountville, CA). Jeff & Elizabeth loved that this talented duo chose Apalachicola – Green Olive Media handled copywriting of a media kit and food photography as well as distribution of the kit and a soft touch Public Relations awareness campaign to get these guys started.
