Taco Mac, owned by Atlanta-based Tappan Street Restaurant Group, began in Atlanta in 1979 when a couple of guys from Buffalo, N.Y. made a stop in Atlanta on their way to Florida. After touring the city and enjoying the weather they decided to stay and bring a popular northern cuisine - Buffalo wings - to the sunny South. Taco Mac operates 23 stores in metro Atlanta and Chattanooga, with new locations expected to open in Charlotte in late 2009. Led by Graphic Designer Penny Cannon, Green Olive Media launched a new website for the company in October 2009.

West Wind Farms Organic Meats and Poultry is a 100-acre certified organic, biodynamic farm dedicated to healthy, artisan foods, environmental stewardship and humane animal husbandry. West Wind Farms offers a variety of products year round including certified organic pastured chicken and turkeys, grass-fed beef and goat, certified organic pastured pork and certified organic pastured lamb. Led by Colleen Lindner and Penny Cannon, Green Olive Media is redesigning the logo and identity for West Wind Farm.  The project is slated to launch November 2009.
